Through two 90-minute live breathwork sessions each month, you will learn to regulate your energy, release stress, and return to presence, even in high-pressure moments.

Your membership helps you develop the steadiness and self-awareness that strengthen leadership, communication, and decision-making.

Expert Coaching and Support

This option includes one 30-minute private coaching session to deepen your journey.

In this one-on-one space, you will integrate insights from your breathwork experience into your goals, communication, and leadership so that awareness becomes meaningful action.
