In this module, you will explore the principles of Energy Leadership, learn the seven levels of leadership energy, and develop greater awareness of how to apply these levels to communicate with greater intention and impact.

Module 3: Leading With Emotional Intelligence

Strong leadership requires more than technical expertise. It requires emotional awareness and the ability to understand both yourself and others. In this module, you will explore the characteristics of effective leaders, define emotional intelligence, and reflect on how your emotional awareness shapes your leadership.

Module 4: Building Relationships
